INCOME TAX ACT

(CAP. 123)

BY vinue of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of section

12 of the Income Tu Act , the Ministerof Finance has ordered that any

inlem;ts paid on. or ply.ble 10 the holders of, the issues of Bearer

Debenture Stock listed hereunder shall, with effect from the 1st

January. 1994. be uempl from the provisions of sectjon 33 of the

Income Tax Act:-
