IN exercise of the powers oonferred by subsection (3) of5tl(tion 41

of the Education A~t , the Mini ster of Education and HIlInan ReilOUrocs,

with the ooncurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the following

regulations:-

I. ThC$e regulations may be cited IS the U niversity Students

( Revised Ratesof Slipends) (Amendment) ReguJations. I994. and shall

be read and oonSlrued as one with ,be Univenity Students (Revised

Rates of Stipends) Regulations, 1994, bereinafter re ferred to as ~th<=

In Part 11 of the Schedule 10 the principal regula,ioos, in

paragraph 3 thereof, for the words RS,aning in October, 1995~ there

shall be substitu ted the words Rstarting in October, 1994
