INVESTMENT SERVICFS ACT, 1994

(ACT NO. XIV m' 1994)

IN exe rcise or the powers conferred by section I of the

Invest ment Services Act, 1994. the Minister of Finance has

appointed the 19th Septembe r, 1994 as the dale on which the

provisions of sections 2 and 31 of the said Act shall come in to force,

and the 23rd September, 1994 as the dale on which all the other

provisions of the said Act , other than sectioos 11 and)2 thereof.

shall come into force .
