COU RSES OF STUDlES. DEGREES AND DISTINCTIONS

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sealon, 30 (5) and

31 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327). the Chancellor of the Univenity

of Malta has. promulgated the following statute made by the Council of

the Univenityof Malta by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by

sections 33 and 48 (3) of the said Ad

I . This Itatute may be cited as the Statute amending Statute 3 (AmendmCllt No.

8) of the University of Malta - Courses of Studies. Ocvus and Distinctions - and

shall be read and oonstrued as one with the statute of the University of Malta included

in Schedule U of the Education Ad (Cap . 327), hereinafter referred 10 as "the principal

Sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 3. 1 oflhe principal statute shall be amended as

follows

(a) under the sub-heading F(lC" /,y of Aru immediately after Ihe words
