Local Councils (Human Rt5OUrus) (Amtndmtnl ) (No. 3) R~tions,

IN exercise o{tbe powersronferrt:d by sub5cclion (2) of section 53

and by section 72 of the Local Co uncils Act. 1993. the Prime Mini§ler

has made the following regulations:-

I. These regulations may be ciled as the Local Councils (Human

Resources) (Amendme nt) (No . 3) Regulations, 1994 and sh all be read

and ronstrmd as one with the Local Cou ncils ( Human Resources)

Regulations, 1993. IHl rcinafler referred 10 as "the principal

regulations" .

Regulation 3 of the pril1l:ipal regulatioJ15 $hall be ame nded as

follows:-

Ca) immediately a1 the cnd of paragraph (2) tllereof there

shall be added the followi ng proviso
