IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the

Judges and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, he reinafter referred to as " the

Act", the P,ime Minister has made the following order:-

This order may be cited lIS the Judges and Magistrates

(Revision of Salaries) Order, 1994, and shall be deemed to have come

into effect OD the 1st January, 1994.

There sball be paid in any year 10 the holden of the offices
