IN exercise of the powen conferred by section 4 of the

Government Lotteries Act, the Minister of Finance has made the

folJowin, n:gulatiom:-

I. ( I) 1lIese regulations may be cited as the Government

Locteric:s (Grand Lotteries) (Amendment) Regulations , 1993 and

dlall be read and oomtrued as one with the Government Lotteries

(Grand Lotteries) Regulations , 1991. hereinafter referred In III Mthe

For paragraph (1) of regulation 3 of the prin<:ipal regulations

there ,hall be substituted the foIJowin,
