IN virtue of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Local

Cou ncils Act. the Prime Minister has made the following regulltions:_

I. These regula tions may be cited 01i the Local Counci ls

(Financi al) (Te mporary Provisioll$) Regulations. 1993.
