IN eJlcrme of the powers conferred by section 14 of the

Expenditure Le")' Act. 1990. the Minister of Finance has made the

following rcgulations:-

I. (1) These regulatiom It"Y be ciled as the ElIpcnditure LeY)'

(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 1993 and shaD be read

and construed as one with the Sdledule of Ihe E~pcndilure Levy Aa ,

For item I of the Schedule \0 the Act there shall be substituted
