IN exercise of the powen conferred by section 80 of the Custom$

Ordinanee. the Minister of Finanoe has made Ihc following

regull.ti0n5:-

I. ( I) lbe$e regulations may be cited as thc Customs

(Ameodmcnl) (No. 2) Regulations, 1993, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Customs Regulations, 1957, hereinafter

referred 10 as Mthe principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the JnI May. 1993.

Tbe Third Sl:hedulc 10 the principal regulations shan be

amended as follows: -

(l) under the beading '"TARIFF OF WAREHOUSE
