Communications has made the folLowing order:-

I. This order may be riled as the Civil Avia'ion (Exemption from

Air Servicz Liexnce) Order, 1993.

J. The flights carried out by a Maltese registered aircraft dry

requirements of an· Air Service Licence in terms of sub-Kaion (I) of

section 6 of tile Act for the duration of tile dry luse: agreement.
