IN e~ercise of the powers conferred by s«tion 12 of the Housing
Authority Act. the President of Malta has made the following order: -
I . This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
The property specified in ank le 2 of this order sllall be
transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section
aforesaid with effect from the 30th April, 1993.
The propt'ny referred to in article 2 of Ihis order is the
following, tha! is to say
( I ) len garages forming pari of a block at Tai-Zwej\
Government Housing Estate in the li mits of Birkirkara, named
Binja tal-Mensija.
The said garages are accessible from a separate external door
each ullofficially numbered from I to 10 and situated as follows
Garages I 103 Ullderlying flats at Entrance " A"
Garages 4to 7 underlying flats at Entrance "e"
Garages 8 to 10 underlying flats at Entrance " 0 "
Garages 1 to 3 unde rlie Government property and are
bounded on the North-East and South·East by Government
property and on the Soulll-West by a public road .
Garages 4 to 10 underlie Government property and are
bounded on tile North· East and Nonh· West by publk roads and on
the South·West by Government property.
The whole Block is bounded on tile North-East. South-East
alld South-West by public roads.
The garages have been erected on Government property
acquired by a Parliamelltary Resolution of the 4th July, 1983 in
terms of the Building Development Areas Act. Cap. 303.
These garages are shown edged and dotted green on part of
L.D. 32OC19O and marked 1 to 10 Binja taJ-Mensija.
