IN accordance with §CCtion 2 of the Ecclesiastical Entities

(Propcnies) Act. 1992. the Prime Ministe r notifies that on the 181h day

of February. 1993 the Government o f Malta and the Holy 5«

exchanged an official com munication Ihal lhc full implementation of all

the provisions o f the Agreement through the appropriate legal

instruments acooTding to their respective \cga l system has taken place.
