IN acmse of the po_rs conferred by &eClion 17 of the Traffic

Regulation Ordinance, the Commissionerof Police, with tile advice of

the Traffic Control Board , has made th e following regulations:-

(1 ) These regulations may be cited al the Motor T ractors
