IN eJlucise of the po_rs conferred by 5«tion 17 of the Post OffIC:e

Act , the Minister for TllUlliport IUId Communications, with the

concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the rollowin~

regutations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be ciled lIS the Overseas Post

'. (Amendment) Regulations , 1993, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Overseas Post Regulations, 1989, hereinafter referred \0 as

~Ihe principal re!Ulations~.

(2) These regulations shall come into fon:c on the 15th

March,I993.
