IN e~ercisc: of the powers conferred by section s 27, 28 and 52 of the

Maha Maritime Authority Act, 1991, the Minister for Transpon and

Commu nications. with the ronCUfTcncc of the MinistN of Finant:c. has

m~de the fol lowi ng regulat ioos:-

(Amendm~nt ) R~gulalions. 1993 and shall be read andoonstrued ason ~

with the Yachting Centres Regul ations, 1992, hereinafterrefened to as

"the principal regulalions~.

(2) These rcgulalions shall be deemed to have oome into

foroc: on 1st September. 1993.

2, The following new paragraph shall be added after paragraph

(d) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations immcdialely after the
