There shall be paid by employers on Ihe wages of whole·time

employees as from bt January, 1994 an increase for cost ofliving OfnOl

Ie$s than LmJ .5Ot per week and the wages of whole-time employees

shall be adjusted accordingly

I"roYioded that where the oooditions of employment ofwbole-

time employee, are covered by an agreement, which provides for cost of

livi ng adjustme nts, the increase for cost of living lhaU be paid in

aooordance wilh any such agreement ; bu.t in no ease shall the inaease be

less than lm l.5OI: per week.

The wages of pan-lime employees shaU be in.creased pTO rDlU

by an ho\J.rly n.te not below that of Lml.5Oc divided by fony.
