(Amendment) (No. 2) Rqtulations, 1993
IN exercise of tbe powers conferred by section 6 of the EUTooontrol
Act, 1989, the Minister for Transport and Communications has made
the following regulations
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation
(Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) (No . 2)
Regulations, 1993. and shall be read and construed asone with the Civil
Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations. 1989,
hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations" .
(2) These regulations shall com e into force on tile 1st day of
January, 1994.
