IN exercise of the powers conferred by sectioo 3 of the Police

Licences Act. the Minister for Home Affairs and Social Development,

with the ooncurrence ofthe Minister of Finarn;:e, has made the following

rcgulations:-

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Police Licences

(No. Z) Regulations, 1993 and shaD be read and

construed as Rile wi th the Police l.ieences Regulations, 1949 as

amended by Legal Notice 151 of 1993, and hereinafter referred 10 as

Mthe principal regulatiOll$M.

(2) These regulations shall come into foltt on the 1st

January , I994.
