IN e~ercise of the powen conferred by stC1ion 3O:S of the Code of

Polioe Laws, the Minister for Food , Agriculture and Fisheries has made

the following regulatioo&: -

I. (I ) These regulations may be cited as the FiMl cry

(AmeodmcIII) Regulations, 1993, and , hall be read and construed as

ODe with the Fishery Regulations, 1934 , hereinafter referred to as " the

principal regulations".

In regulation 44 of the principal regulations , for the words " in

certain Creeks and Bays for the cullivlllion of mussels . nd oysters and

may granl~ there shall be inserted the words "in the territorial waters of

finfish, molluscs and crostaa:ans and may gl'1lnl ". and for the marginal

note therelo there shall be substituted the words "Cu ltivation of

sbellfish and other fish ....
