POLICE LICENCES ACT
(CAP. 128)
Polke LiHnteS (AmeodmeDt) Regulations, 199)
IN eltercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Police
u cences Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and Social Development,
with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the following
regulations:-
(I) These regulations may be cited as the Police ucences
(Amendment) Regulations, 1993 and shall be read and construed as onc
with the Police ucer>ees Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as
~the principal regulatiom".
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st
January,I994.
The First Schedule to the principal regulatiom shall be
ame nded as follows:-
(a) for items 7 and 8 thereof, there shall be inserted the
following

vember to the 31st December from on board
any seacraft within three kilometres from the
