Police LaW!i. the Minister for Home Affai". and Social Development.

wilh the concurrenoe of the Minister for the Environment . has made the

following regulations;~

(3) A licence shal l not be issued or renewed un~ the

parties or damage to their property, and has a reference from a kgally
