IN exercise o f the powers conferred by section 3 of the Agricullu ra l

and Fishing Industries (Financial IUsBlance) Ad , the Minister for

Food. Agriculture and Fisheries. with the approval of Ihe Min ister of

Finance , has amended the Arrangements for Ihe provision of Financial

Assistance published by Legal NOlicc No . 83 of 1981 of the 28lh July .

1981 , (hereinafter referred \0 as ~Ihe principal ArrangemcnlsM) as
