FftS (Tuition) (Aml'lldment ) Regula llonli. 19'.JJ

IN exercise or t he power.; vested in him by section 41 "r the

Education ACI, the Minister of Education and H uman Resources , with

the COncurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the following

regui3t imlS:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as Ihe Fees (Tuilion)

(Amendment) Regula.ions. 1993. and shall he read and construed a,

one with the Fees (Tuilion) ReguLations, 1975. he reinafter referred 10

as Mlhe principal regulations

(2) TIlese regulations shall he deemed 10 have come inlO

force on the 1st September, 1993 .

For paragraph (\) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations

there shall be substituted the following:-

"( I ) The fe"s chargea ble to fore ign cit izens receiving full·

time tuition in any level of tuition appearing in the first column in

the Schedule to these regulatiOl1s, o rganised by the De partment of

Education, shall be those fees appearing opposite to the level of

tuition in the secood column of tbe said Schedule,H,

l . For the Schedule 10 the priocipal regulations, there shall be

substituted the followi ng ne w Schedule:-
