STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT NO. IX OF 1980)

Notice of coming into force of parts of the Revised Edition 1984

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Statute Law

Revision Act, 1980, the Minister of Justice has appointed the 1 st

February, 1993 as the date of which Volumes VII and VIII of the

Revised Edition of the Laws of Malta 1984, published by the Law

Commission under the said Act, shall come into force.
