on the advice of the Council of He,lth, hllS made the following

rcgul ations:-

( I) A Ikcna: torollC(;t and transpon swill may be granted by

the Director upon reeeiYing an appl ication form issued by him.

(2) The $3id licence shall be valid fOT one calenda r year, and

may be renewed eyery year.

The Director ma y at any time reyoke the liarn:e if the
