Malta Dockyard Act (Early Retirement Scheme) Extension Order, 1993

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (5) of section

16A of the Malta Dockyard Act, the Prime Minister, in agreement with the

Council of Malta Dockyard has ordered that the closing date

prescribed in subsection (4) of section 16A of the same Act has been

Extended to the 1st April, 1993.
