IN exercise of Ihe powers ronferrcd by section 11 of lhe Traffic

Regulation Ordinance and by se~tiOfl T1 of the Pu bli~ Trnnsport

Authority Ad . the Chairman of the Publ ic T ransport AUlhority. with

the ronsenl of Ihe Minister for Transport and Communicalions, has

made the following regulations: -

I. These regul ations may be d ied as IlIe Motor Ve hicles

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations. 1993. and shall be read and

colL'ltrued as onc with Ihe Motor Vehicles Regulations. 1948,
