IN uercise of the powen conferred by ~ction SA of the Enemalta

Aa. the Minister for the Environment has made the following

regulations:-

I. These regulations mI)' be cited as the Enemalta Corporation

(Election of Director-Worker) (Amendment) Regulations. 1993 and

Ihall be read and construed as one with the EnemaIta Corpontion

(Election of Director-Worker) Regulations, 1987, hereinafter referred

to as ~the principal reguJations~
