IN elercise of the powers conferred by section 4A of the Telemalta

Corporation Act, the Minister for Transport and Con1rnunil:ations has

made the following regulations:-

I . 1lIese regulatiollll may be cited as the Telernalta Corporation

(Election of Director-Worker) (Amendment) Regulatiollll, 1993 and

shall be read and construed as one with the Telemalta Corporation

(Election of Director-Worker) Regulations , 1987, hen:inafter referred

to as Mthe principal regulations" .
