Environ ment Pr(){ect;on Act. 1991. the Minister for the Environme nt

has made the folLowing regu lations:-

I. These regulat ions may ~ cited as the Trade in Speciesof Fau na

and Flora (Amendment) Regulations, 1992, and shall ~ read and

construed as one wilh the Trade in Species of Flora and Fauna

Regulations. 1992. hereinafter referred to as ··the principal

regulations".
