IN exercise o f the po...~rs oonferred by subsection 4( I)(a) of the

lAeal Loans ( Registered Stock and Securities) Ordinance, Cap. 161,

the Mini$lu of FInance has authomed that in addition to !.be sum o f

Lm I ,(0).000 7.75% Malta Government Stock 2002 created by means of

Legal Notice No. 86 of 1992 published on the 16th September, 1992,

another Lm7.000,000 7.75% Malta Government Stock 2002 , shall be

created thus bringing the total amount created in the Firstlssl1C: in virtue

o f tile said Legal Notice No. 86 of 1992 to LmB.OOO.OOJ.
