Employment and Training Services Act. 1990. the Minister of

Education and Human Resources has made the follo .... ing regulations

I. The$e reg\llations may be cited as the Employment Card

Immediately after regulation 13 of the principal regulations,

shall be guilty of an offence and shaD be liable on conviction

at the request of the prosecution and in addition to such

punishment , order the suspension or c:aneeUation of any
