IN exercise of the powe rs conferred by loeCIion 17 o f the Traffic

Rc,u1~tion Ordinano.;e, the Public: T ramport Audlority has made the

following rcgulations: -

I . Thclie regu lations may be cited as the MOIor Ve hicles

(Ame ndme nt) Regulations, 1992, a nd shall be read a nd construed as

one with the MOlor Ve hicles Regulations , 1948, hereinafte r rtfClTed to

Regulation 37 of the principal regu lations shall be amended as

follows
