Maritime Authority Act. the Minister for Transport and

Authority. has made the fo llowi ng Tcgulations: -

Reg. 1 — 74 tal-1992 – Regolamenti tal-1992 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar ir-Rati tal-Port Open official source

(I) These regulations may be cited as Ihe Pon Rales

(Amendment) Regulations. 1992, and shall be: re~d and construed as

o ne witllthe Pon Rales Regulations. 1969, hereinafter rdcrred 10 as

~t h e principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come inlo force on the 17th

August . 1992.

1. Pan III of the Fim ~dulc 10 the principal regUlations shall

be amended as follows:-

(I) in sub-paragraphs <al and (b) of paragraph 1 thereoffor

the wOTch MLmI per Jift~ and MUn2 per lill" there shall be

substitu ted the words MLm5 per lift" and " LrnIO per lif' "

respe<:livdy ; and

(2) for paragraph 2 thereof, there shall be iJUb$ti tuted the

following paragraph:-

M2. For the purposes of this Pan of this Schedule, each

single consignment of unitized ClIrgo con501idated in a

container or I roU on - roU off unit shall be deemed 10
