IN exercise of the flOwers conferred by section \(2) of the Waler

s..,,,,,j<,:Cl; Corporation Act , 1991, the Minister for the Environment has

established the 1st August, 1992 as the date on which paragraph (f) of

section 19 limitedly to the power 10 make regulations. sub-paragraph

(vi) of paragraph (a) of subsection ( I) of section 43 and sub-paragro ph

(iv) of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of sect ion 44 of lhe said Act shall
