IN exercise of the powers con ferred by $eCl:ion 12 of Ihe Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made lhe following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Aut hori ly (Tra nsfer of

Assets) (No. I I)Order, 1992.
