IN uercise of the powers conferred by section J of the Supplies and

Services Ad, the Minister of Financc has made thc ' following

fegulations:-

Tl>ese regulations may be ciled as the Sale of Commodities

(Control ) (Amendment) Regulations. 1992, and shall be rcad and

oonSlrued as one with the Sale ofCommodilics (Control) Regulations,

lrn, hcrcinafler referred to as "the principal regulations".

2.. For panlgr1lph (3) ofTegulatiQn 9B of the prin<:ipaJ regulations

there shall be substituted the following:-
