IN exercise oflhe powers conferred by section 160f1hc Ho tels and

Catering Establishments Act. Ihe Mi niste r for Economic Scr~ices. with

the OOI\CU rrcnce of the Minister of Finan~e. has made the following

regulation5:-

I. These regulation s may be ci ted as Ihe Hotcis and Cateri ng

Establi$hmcnlll (Amendment ) Regula ti ons. 1992, a nd shall be read and

construed as onc with th e Hot els and Calering Establishments
