IN exercise of the powers con ferred by section 30f the Supplie$ and

Services Act . the Minister of Finance has made tile '(ollowing

regu talions:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Exponation (Control)

(Ame ndment) (No. J) Regulations. 1992, and shaH be read and

construed as one with the Ellponalion (Control) Regulations, 1948.
