The aims of Ihe InSI;lUlc shall be

3.2 The functioos of the Board shall be the (ollo".ing

The Finance Officer of the University of Malta will be the Treasurer of the

Insi lUle. The D irector " 'ill prepare the annual budgct of the Institute and submit it to

the Board for appro"a!. The Di rector " 'ill also submit a financi al stntement and an

annual report on the aCli"itics of the Institu te .

6 . Amendments to thiS Statute ma)' be proposed bythc Board for the appro~al of

the Council of the Uni\·crsity.
