IN e~ercise of the powen conferred by ~ct ion 12 of the Housing
A uthority Act, the President of Malta has made the following ortler:-
I . Th is orde r may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) (No. 3) Ordc r. 1992.
The prope n y describo.-d in article " of this order is hcreby
specified for the pUrpo5eSofseetion 12 of the Housi og Authority Act.
J. The property s~i fied in article 2 of this order shall be
transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in thc section
aforesaid with effect from the 21st Ja nuary. 19Q2.
