BY virtue of the powers vested in him by $«lion 2J of the Duty

on Documents Act. the Minister of Finance has ordered Ihal1he duty

chargeable under the provisions of the said Act in respect of the issue,

and of i<IIy subsequent transfer, of the 6% Unsecured Investment

rlIl8DCe Bank Bonds , 1997 shall be exempt from payment .
