BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by section 22 of Ihe Water

Scrvices Corporation Act, 1991, the Minister for the Environment , with

the COIIC\Im:occ of the Water Servk:es Corporation and of Enema!!a,

has ordered that the words "section 1986" in ilem 2 of the Schedule 10

the Water Services Corporation Act , 1991 shall be substi tuted by the

words " section 1968", and that the marginal note * Cap. 23* shall be

substituted by the WOI'ds *Cap. 16* . Thisorder shall bcdcerned lo have
