the Faculty of Medicine and Sur~ry of the U nive"'.y of Malla in virtue

o f the POW CI'$ confen-ed upon it by $ecti.on 35(1) of the said Act and

which have bee n approved by the Senate of the University of Malta as

req uired by section 35(2) of the said Act .
