Notice of coming Into rorce

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 1 of the

Deyelopment Planning Act, 1992. the Minister for the Enyironment has

established the 28th October. 1992 as the date on which the said Act

other than 5ections 30 and 63 thereof shall come into force ; and the 1st

December, 1992 as the date on which the said section 30 (bu t limitedly

to del/elc?pment carried out afte r the comin g into force of the said

section 30) and section 63 of the said Act shall come into force.
