made the following regulation!:-

Paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal regulations shall

be amended as follows:-

(a)

in the Maltese text of the table indicating the fees

payable, the words " HMISTAX FlX·XOWA" and "HMISTAX

FIS-5AJF" in the 5o!:Ve nth and eighth headings shall substitute each

other in the same headings re5pCC1ivc ly ; and

(b) in item E thereof, for the words " 011 pontoon berths."
