IN eJCcrcise of the powers conferred by sedion 1 of the Home

Ownership (Ell<X,luragement) Act. 1988. the Director of Social

Housing. will! the approval of the Parliamentary Secreury in the

Ministry for Social Policy witll responsibility for Housing. has made the

following regulations:-

I. 1'l1ese regulations may be cited as IM Home Ownership

(Enoounlgemen t) (Subsidy on AdapUllion Wo rks Scheme)

(Amendment) Regulalions, 1992, ~nd s.haJl be read and construed as

one with the Home OwneDllip (Encouragement) (Subsidy on

Adaptation Works Scheme) Regulations, 1990. hereinafter referred 10

as "Ihc principal regulations" ,
