Mini Bus Mn'ice (Tariffvl Fares) (Amendment) Rrgulatlons, 1991

IN exercise of the powers confe rred by section 27 o f the Public

Transport Authority Act. 1989, the Chainnan of the Public Transport

Autho rity, wit h the consent of Ihe Mini ste r for Deve lopmen t o f

Infrastructure, has made the following regulations:-

(1) These regula tions may be cited as the Mini Bus (Tari ff o f

Fares) (Amendment) Regulations, 1991. and shall be read and

construed as o ne with the Mini Bus Service (Tariff of Fa res)

Regulations, 1991, hereinafter referred 10 as ~ the princi pal

regulations".

(2) These regu lations shal l be deerrn:d to have come into

force ()II the 1st April, 1991 .
