Lotteries Act. the Min ister o f Finance has made the following

regulation s--

(1) These regulations may be ci ted as the Governm ent

In paragraph (2) of regulation 3 of (he princi pal regulations.

shall be that of regu lation 4 of these regulations. and not according

to regulations 3A and 38 ofthese regula tions, and with TI,' ferc:ncc: to
